Here's a case of sparkling wines to cool you down from a long week. When you're thinking of which bottle to open tonight, start with one of these bottles of bubbly while you put the finishing touches on dinner. You can be adventurous with pairings too! Try them with oysters, sushi, fried chicken, cheese, and even with the main course. Pro tip: drink these in a white wine glass instead of a traditional flute for the full aromatic experience.

Let's unpack this case!
FUSO 21 Flora Proscecco Brut
You don’t have to bust out the asiago cheese to enjoy this flowery sparkling wine from Northern Italy. You also don’t have to put La Dolce Vita on in the background while you boil your pasta water. You do, however, have to put capers and red pepper flakes on your orecchiette, and aged balsamic on your broccoli rabe to really coax the fun out of this bone dry, honeysuckle, tart apple prosecco.
Domaine de la Briderie Cremant de Loire Rose Purete de Silex
Biodynamic is definitely a buzzword in the wine world these days. It involves farming that goes a step beyond organic in its ecological considerations and follows a harvest calendar dictated by the moon. The translation is responsible farming, and delicious wine. Clos de la Briderie does all that, and bottles it with bubbles! The wine is both earthy, and aromatic, and makes an amazing counterpart to fresh goat cheeses, maybe even on a beet salad?
Gouffier Cremant de Bourgogne Extra Brut
As if we needed more reasons to swoon for the wines of Burgundy the team at Gouffier goes ahead and makes a Champagne-level sparkling wine, seemingly on a whim. The rest of their time is dedicated to still reds and whites but you wouldn’t guess it after one sip of their cremant. Rich layers of brioche and mineral nuance abound, for everything from oysters, to fried chicken to popcorn!
Domaine de la Bergerie Cremant de Loire (only included with the 12-bottle case)
Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc together are like Shakira and J-Lo on the same stage. The obvious winner is...us! In the case of the wine, which is made at an organic, family-owned estate in the Loire Valley, we’ve got the texture and savoriness of chardonnay, with the acidity and orchard fruit of Chenin Blanc. Perfect as an aperitif, or just a wine to sip and reminisce about the good old days when stadium gatherings were still a thing.
