Where do you deliver?
 
We deliver throughout the state of California. Outlying neighborhoods may not be eligible for next-day service. Please check back soon for detailed info about specific delivery days and zones.  

Which days do you deliver? 
We deliver four days per week: Tuesdays through Fridays. For next-day delivery to most areas, place your order Monday to Thursday before noon PST

When will my order arrive? 
Once your order is confirmed for delivery, you will receive an email with a link to track your delivery to your door.    

Why do I have to be home to receive the delivery?
California state law requires that a person age 21 or over receive the delivery. 

Why do you ask for my phone number? 
If our drivers arrive and you're not home, they'll call to attempt to reach you to make the delivery.

If I really like one of the wines in the case, can I buy a full case of just that particular wine?
Yes! If you've discovered your "house wine" in one of our cases, send a email to hello@casemadewines.com and we will put together a custom order just for you. 

Can I just buy a single bottle? 
No. Sorry! 

What if I don't like a wine that's part of a case? 
We stand behind the quality and excellence of all our wines - yet we recognize that beauty is always in the eye of the beholder. If you come across a wine that's not for you, just send us a note to hello@casemadewines.com and we'll work with you to find something you love.
