Drinking rosé from anywhere other than Provence is only problematic if you want to seem like you’re not totally into all the early albums. Not to say that Pablo Honey is better than Kid-A, but it’s always good to know where you’re coming from! In this case, Chateau Maupague is coming from eight generations of experience making Grenache-dominant rosé the old school way. Just like ‘Creep’ will always be a great song, drinking the ground-zero juice from Provence will always be a great way to stay cool. Pairs well with everything from Bouillabaisse to Zoom meetings.
